By using this website and sending a travel request, you agree to use the information here for personal, non-commercial trip planning and to communicate with Vietnam Trip Deal about your itinerary.

Bookings and Payment

Private tour proposals, deposit terms, final balance dates, cancellation conditions and any special supplier rules will be confirmed in the personal proposal sent to you by our travel team.

A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Some hotels, cruises, domestic flights and seasonal services may require advance payment or non-refundable confirmation. We will explain these terms before you confirm a trip.

Bank transfer fees, card fees, payment gateway charges or currency conversion costs, when applicable, are normally paid by the traveler unless otherwise stated in your proposal.

Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation or change requests must be sent in writing by email. Refunds depend on supplier rules, timing, and the conditions stated in your confirmed proposal.

Unused services such as accommodation, meals, transport or sightseeing that are voluntarily skipped during the trip are normally non-refundable. No-show cases may be charged according to the confirmed supplier and proposal terms.

Travel Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and personal belongings. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip.

Vietnam Trip Deal works with local suppliers to operate your journey, but some delays, route changes or disruptions may happen due to weather, transport, terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, government rules or other events outside our control.

Tipping and Personal Expenses

Tipping is not compulsory unless stated in your proposal, but it is customary in many tourism services and remains at the traveler's discretion. Personal expenses, optional activities and services not included in your proposal are paid separately.

Text, images, routes and website materials are provided for travel planning. You may print or save content for personal use, but it may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.
